To participate in the "Trade Discount" program you need:

To pay the amount due for the respective month within 30 days from the date of issuing the invoice

Customers who overdue a monthly bill go beyond the "Trade Discount" program and when paying the next bill do not receive the planned 3% discount. Users can re-join the "Trade Discount" program after repaying all overdue monthly bills.
Payment of equal monthly installments for loyal customers
All clients of Toplofikacia Sofia EAD which participate in the program can:
Choose to pay in equal monthly installments and have no overdue monthly obligations for consumed heat energy
Customers who choose to pay in equal monthly installments can also use a 3% discount under the "Trade Discount" program.
New customers who switch to equal monthly installments receive:
